HI, I’M GRACE

It’s nice to meet you, and I’m so happy you found your way to Fleur! I hope I have the chance to get to know you better and create some beautiful art for you along the way.

  • Fleur has been a part of my life since 2018, while I was a junior in college at LSU. What started as a small, just-for-fun art account on Instagram became my full-time job upon graduating and so much more. Starting this journey at 20, I had no idea what I was doing… or where I would end up. Over the next 6 years I’ve done a lot of growing and changing, and Fleur has weathered the storm while growing and changing right alongside me! During those years, I wore many hats as an artist and spent a lot of time with no clear direction of what I do or why. My thoughts on that matter started and ended with “I love being creative, and I love creating in a lot of different ways”.

I wasn’t sure how to put that into an eloquently worded sales pitch. And against the advice of every business guru on the planet, I didn’t want to identify a niche. To me, that sounded like fitting myself into a mold, not connecting with potential customers because they don’t suit my pre-determined parameters, and cutting off the chance for creativity at the knees. Well, it might have taken me 6 years, but I finally found an identity as an artist that doesn’t include any unwanted limitations:

  • Created to bring joy, and made for occasions that celebrate life and the people we share it with. That is the heart of my work, and why I love what I do. Whether it’s a birthday, career achievement, marrying the love of your life, or holiday gift-giving; art has the unique ability of capturing those moments and immortalizing them in a piece that you can carry with you forever. It’s my hope that with a little bit of paint, a lot of attention to detail, and memories that will last a lifetime, I can share the act of celebrating in the best way I know how: through art!

  • Hi there!! I’m the sole owner and artist at Fleur Art & Designs. My hands touch every part of the design process from start to finish. If we had the opportunity to meet in person, here’s what you might learn about me after a drink… or two!
